Finding your way around
The sidebar, the money card, and what the badges mean.
The sidebar
Everything is in the left-hand column, grouped by the job it does rather than by the part of the system it belongs to: selling, money, and your organisation. What appears there depends on your partner type and on your role.
At the top sits the money card — the one number you are most likely to have opened the dashboard to see. For an Agent that is wallet credit; for a Corporate account, travel credit; for a Reseller or Creator, what you have earned. Clicking it takes you to the page behind it.
A red number beside a nav item means something is waiting for you. A grey word, like Draft beside Storefront, is the state of the thing rather than a queue.
Status badges
The same six colours mean the same six things everywhere in Kili, on every screen:
Amber : Waiting on somebody — you, a customer, or us.
Green : Done, paid, active.
Grey : Over, and nobody did anything wrong. Expired, archived.
Red : Somebody said no, or something broke.
Blue and violet : Information, and the kind of partner an account is.
Getting help
Every page in the dashboard has Get support in the top bar. Tell us the order reference or the partner name and what you expected to happen — that is almost always enough for us to find it.
