Money
Earnings and withdrawals
What you have earned, when it is yours, and how to get it out.
How commission is recorded
Every sale attributed to you creates a commission row at the rate agreed when the sale happened. Changing a rate later never rewrites what you have already earned.
Commission moves through three states: earned and waiting, approved, and paid. A refunded order reverses its commission — money we gave back was not earned — and the reversal stays visible rather than disappearing, so the history still adds up.
Withdrawing
- Add your bank or telebirr details under Settings, Payouts. Nothing can be paid before this exists.
- Open Wallet or Earnings and request a withdrawal.
- Kili checks it against your payout details and pays it.
- The reference appears on your earnings so you can match it against your statement.
Note
Only an owner can request a withdrawal or change where the money goes. A manager runs the account day to day; moving money out is deliberately a smaller circle.
Two numbers on that panel are worth reading. Ready to withdraw is your approved commission minus anything you have already asked for and we have not yet sent — so asking twice for the same money is not possible. And there may be a smallest payout: below it, the panel says so before you ask rather than after.
Why a withdrawal might wait
- There are no payout details on file, or they are incomplete.
- Some of the commission is still inside the refund window.
- The payout account changed recently — a change is flagged to staff before anything is paid, which is a protection for you.
