The staff console
What each screen is for, and the order a day runs in.
Today
The console opens on Today, which leads with the work rather than the numbers: applications waiting, money waiting, orders that took a payment and then failed. If nothing is on that list, nothing needs you.
The screens
Orders : Every order from the site, partners and counters. Tabs for what needs attention, filters by channel and payment, and a panel to resend a payment link, reissue an eSIM or refund.
Reporting : Paid orders only, and the funnel from checkout to installed eSIM. The drop between started and paid, split by payment provider, is the number worth watching.
Partners : Applications first, then every partner. Approving creates the organisation, its first code and a draft storefront, and emails them a sign-in link.
Top-ups & payouts : One queue over four tables. Nothing changes a balance until somebody confirms it here.
Plans & pricing : The catalogue from eSIM Go, with cost, price and margin per plan. Tick rows to reprice in bulk.
Destinations : Which places customers see first on the homepage, and in what order.
Activity log : Everything staff, partners and the system did. Append-only — entries cannot be edited or deleted.
Staff & roles : Who can open the console, and what each person is meant to do.
Rules the console enforces
- A plan can never be sold below cost.
- Balances change only on approval, never on request.
- The console never shows an eSIM's activation code. Support reissues instead — a code read out loud is a code given away.
- Every consequential action is logged with who did it.
