One queue
Top-ups & payouts is a single queue over four separate tables — refills, earning requests, commissions and payout runs. They have four different status vocabularies underneath, which is exactly why they are presented as one list: the question is always the same, which is whether this money should move.
The rules
- A balance changes on approval, never when the request is made.
- Credit a top-up only once the money has actually arrived — the request is a claim, not a receipt.
- A withdrawal is checked against the partner's payout details. If those changed recently, find out why before paying.
- Commission inside the refund window is not ready to withdraw.
